The apple cider vinegar is made here on the farm. Starting with upstate New York apples, we squeeze the raw juice in our cider mill. The raw juice is then placed in a bulk tank where it ages for up to two years... during this process it produces mother — an organic material that contains enzymes and minerals — that is left in the vinegar. Later we infuse berries and herbs which are grown locally and on our farm. We then bottle without filtering to retain the mother.
Honey and vinegars are also produced by adding Local unfiltered honey from Rullison Honey Farm. This combination of unfiltered honey and natural vinegars offers a unique artisanal vinegar that we make in small batches... They are wonderful for culinary purposes and many use them for health benefits as well. Available in our online store or can be purchased at our farm market
